HR Lead

The HR Lead is responsible for providing strategic and operational human resource support to drive organizational success. This includes overseeing all aspects of talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, while promoting a positive work environment. The ultimate goal is to attract, retain, and develop top talent to contribute to the growth and success of the manufacturing unit.
Key Accountabilities include:
- Prepare the manpower plan by breaking it down into a monthly plan and overseeing the production requirement by assisting in manpower allocation for overall plant operations in order to facilitate smooth plant operations.
- Prepare the statutory (PF & ESI) inputs by collecting and validating the newly joined employees' KYC (Aadhar & PAN Card) to generate weekly statutory data to the central team.
- Support the new joiners and existing employees by conducting new joiner induction, functional training, safety training and addressing the grievances to facilitate smooth employee lifecycle in the plant.
- Prepare the TIME data by downloading the report and consolidating on daily basis to provide the TIME (Attendance & OT) data to the central team.
