Job description:
As a Center Manager at Mantra Care, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service center, ensuring optimal performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. You will manage a team, drive business performance, and ensure a seamless experience for both customers and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all processes.
- Lead and manage the team, providing direction, support, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate operational strategies to achieve business goals, including customer satisfaction and financial objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for both team and center performance, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
- Ensure that all activities comply with Mantra Care's policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., HR, Finance, and Sales) to ensure seamless integration and support.
- Manage the center's budget and resources, including staffing, supplies, and inventory, to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Implement training programs to enhance team capabilities, improve service quality, and ensure continuous professional development.
- Regularly prepare and present reports to senior management on center performance, issues, and growth opportunities.
- Create a positive and motivating work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in customer service or operations management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Analytical thinking, with a results-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with management tools and software.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in managing service centers or operations is a plus.
