Job description:

As a Center Manager at Mantra Care, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service center, ensuring optimal performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. You will manage a team, drive business performance, and ensure a seamless experience for both customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all processes.
  • Lead and manage the team, providing direction, support, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate operational strategies to achieve business goals, including customer satisfaction and financial objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for both team and center performance, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
  • Ensure that all activities comply with Mantra Care's policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., HR, Finance, and Sales) to ensure seamless integration and support.
  • Manage the center's budget and resources, including staffing, supplies, and inventory, to ensure cost-efficiency.
  • Implement training programs to enhance team capabilities, improve service quality, and ensure continuous professional development.
  • Regularly prepare and present reports to senior management on center performance, issues, and growth opportunities.
  • Create a positive and motivating work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in customer service or operations management.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and team members effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Analytical thinking, with a results-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with management tools and software.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in managing service centers or operations is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,823.23 per month
