We're now looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing and design team. If you have a sharp eye for aesthetics, a strong understanding of e-commerce, and the ability to translate brand vision into visuals that convert — we want to hear from you

What You'll Do

  • Design eye-catching and high-converting creatives for social media ads, website banners, product pages, emailers, and more
  • Create consistent visual assets that reflect Miniwesst's brand identity and resonate with our target audience
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize campaigns and bring them to life visually
  • Work on new product launch creatives, packaging concepts, and digital lookbooks
  • Maintain and update a library of design assets and templates for cross-functional use

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer and video editing, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce environment
    (e-commerce experience is a must).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work — particularly in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer products.
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, etc.
  • Understanding of visual storytelling, brand consistency, and user-centered design.
  • Experience designing for performance marketing, email marketing, and website UX/UI is a strong plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.

  • Have experience with motion graphics, short-form video editing, or animation
  • Are passionate about fashion trends and consumer behavior
  • Understand basic HTML/CSS or Shopify-based design tweaks
