Role Overview

We are seeking a
highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer
with a strong command over
Adobe Creative Suite
and experience in
video content creation
. This role demands someone who understands
luxury design aesthetics
, can craft visually compelling digital and print collaterals, and produce engaging video content that reinforces Racconti's brand ethos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design premium-quality marketing collaterals
    including brochures, catalogs, social media creatives, and event branding elements.
  • Create
    short-form videos and motion graphics
    for social media, campaigns, and digital advertising using tools like
    Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro
    , or similar platforms.
  • Develop
    visual identities for campaigns
    that reflect the brand's ultra-luxury positioning.
  • Collaborate with the
    creative and marketing teams
    to ensure design concepts align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Manage
    end-to-end creative process
    from concept to execution, maintaining the highest level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Ensure consistency in
    color, typography, and layout
    across all platforms.
  • Stay updated on
    luxury design trends, visual storytelling techniques, and digital formats
    .

What We're Looking For

  • 4–6 years of experience
    as a Graphic Designer for luxury brands or high-end lifestyle products.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
    (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for design and layout.
  • Strong expertise in
    video creation and editing tools
    (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
  • Experience designing
    for both digital and print
    mediums with a luxury sensibility.
  • Solid understanding of
    typography, color theory, and layout principles
    .
  • Creative problem-solver with meticulous attention to detail and
    ability to meet tight deadlines
    .

Nice to Have

  • Experience with
    luxury interiors or lifestyle brand campaigns
    .
  • Knowledge of
    3D design or animation tools
    (Cinema4D, Blender) for premium visual content.
  • Basic understanding of
    UI/UX principles
    for web and digital interfaces.
