Position: Deputy Manager - Export Sales

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5+Yrs

Qualification: B.tech

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage export sales for plastic packaging products in international markets.
  • Identify and build relationships with potential overseas clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Handle end-to-end sales processes, including inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order fulfillment.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and expansion strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation, and trade policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, and finance) to ensure seamless order execution.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth in assigned regions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Export Sales, preferably in the packaging industry.
  • Expertise on B2B Sales / Industrial sales.
  • Experience in Middle East, African countries
  • Strong knowledge of international trade, export documentation, and logistics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and drive business growth.

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
