Housemaster/mistress must allow the new joining students to the hostel only after verifying the admission card duly signed by  Hostels Incharge:

2: Housemaster/mistress must bring to the notice of Hostels IC once the temporary permission given by the Hostels IC to students get lapsed:

3: Housemaster/mistress must not allow other block students to enter their blocks: Allotment of rooms and any other changes must take place only with the permission of the  Hostels  Incharge:

4: Housemaster/mistress must maintain students hostel applications, admission cards, circulars and parent request letters carefully:

5: Housemaster/mistress must maintain an inventory record of fans, beds, cots, tube lights etc:

6: In case of any power or toilet repair works, Housemaster/mistress must enter the same in complaint register and should inform the supervisor: When technicians come to block, Housemaster/mistress see that the work is done properly: In case of replacement with new things, Housemaster/mistress should take the signature of the technician in the register:

7: If any student damages windows, electrical fittings, dustbins etc:, it must be brought to Hostel In-charges notice:

8: As power and water are precious, Housemaster/mistress must see that resources are utilised rightly: Housemaster/mistress needs to inform the students that they must switch off lights and fans when they go out: It's their responsibility:

9: In case, any housekeeping staff is absent, Housemaster/mistress must inform the hostel supervisor and get an alternative adjustment:

10: Hostel main gate must be closed at 9:30 p:m: In case any student comes late, it must be brought to  Hostel In-charges notice:

11: Housemaster/mistress needs to see that students obey the rules and regulations of the management: That is Housemaster/mistress' responsibility: If any student deviates, it must be brought to the Hostel In-charges notice:

12: Housemaster/mistress needs to inform the list of out pass students to the hostel In-charge  for preparatory works:

13: If any student availing outpass does not return in the stipulated time, Housemaster/mistress must inform the parent with the notice of the Hostel In-charges :

14: Housemaster/mistress must take students attendance at 6:45 p:m: and 9:30 p:m: every day by going to students rooms: In case any student is not present, with the permission of the  Hostel In-charges  it must be informed to the concerned parent:

15: Housemaster/mistress must see that students do not waste food in the dining hall: In such cases, Housemaster/mistress should take necessary measures to eradicate it:

16: If any students health is not good, it must be informed to staff nurse and take proper measures:

17: Students and staff members are not allowed to wash their clothes in the washrooms: Clothes should be given to Dhobi in the allotted time: Housemaster/mistress needs to verify the label numbers while giving and collecting from Dhobi:
