House Master/Warden

Key Responsibilities:

• Administration & Operations: Oversee daily functions, manage students, maintain cleanliness, handle maintenance, organize schedules, and manage supplies.
• Student Welfare & Support: Provide guidance, counseling, and emotional support; address concerns; monitor student activities and well-being.
• Safety & Discipline: Enforce hostel rules, ensure security, conduct inspections, manage emergencies, and maintain records of student attendance and incidents.
• Community Building: Organize recreational activities, foster a positive atmosphere, and promote engagement.
• Communication: Liaise with parents, school administration, and other staff (mess, office).

Typical Duties:

• Daily check-ins and supervision of dormitories and common areas.
• Resolving conflicts and addressing student complaints.
• Coordinating with the mess supervisor and other support staff.
• Managing visitor logs and ensuring proper access control.
• Handling disciplinary actions like imposing fines or transferring residents.
• Reporting issues to the Principal or Chief Warden.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,600.00 per month
