About the Role :-

We are looking for a highly driven Aviation Maintenance Engineer (AME) with strong technical knowledge and a passion for client interaction to join our Sales Team. This role blends aviation expertise with business development—ideal for someone who understands aircraft systems and wants to grow commercially.

Key Responsibilities:-

  1. Build and manage relationships with airlines, MROs, charter operators, and aviation companies

  2. Identify client requirements, recommend suitable parts/services, and provide technical support

  3. Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical sales presentations

  4. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams for timely delivery

  5. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights

  6. Drive sales growth through proactive outreach and client follow-ups.

Required Qualifications :-

  1. DGCA-approved AME (Mechanical / Avionics) or equivalent aviation engineering background.

  2. 1–5 years of experience in aviation sales / MRO / technical support (freshers with strong aptitude may also apply).

  3. Strong understanding of aircraft systems, parts, rotables, and consumables

  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  5. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:-

  1. Experience with aircraft spare parts, material planning, or technical procurement.

  2. Knowledge of international aviation standards and documentation.

  3. Ability to convert technical knowledge into customer value.
