Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and fostering relationships with potential and existing clients. Daily tasks include market research, developing sales strategies, attending client meetings, and aiding in contract negotiations. The Executive will work closely with the operations and marketing teams to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients via email and calls to present services and solutions.
  • Assist in creating and drafting professional emails and proposals.
  • Maintain and update data in Excel for client interactions, sales leads, and reports.
  • Support business development team in market research and identifying new opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proficiency in
    English communication
    (written & verbal) is mandatory.
  • Ability to draft professional emails with clarity and correctness.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of
    Microsoft Excel
    (data entry, formatting, simple formulas).
  • Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in sales/BD/operations will be an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and good at time management.

Location:
Pune, Maharashtra (office-based).

  • Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around Dhayri, Narhe, Sinhagad Road, Katraj.
