Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound email, call, LinkedIn, and other outreach campaigns to generate new leads.
  • Identify and research target companies and decision-makers.
  • Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with accurate lead information.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop messaging strategies.
  • Follow up diligently with leads through multi-touch campaigns.
  • Report weekly on outreach metrics (emails sent, calls made, meetings booked, etc.).
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Requirements:

  • 0–3 years of experience in a sales outreach, lead generation, or business development role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with outreach tools (e.g., , Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and sending cold emails.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with strangers.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes.
