We are seeking an experienced and proactive Centre Manager to lead and manage the overall functioning of our education centre. The candidate will be responsible for academic quality, admissions growth, team handling, operational management, and ensuring excellent student experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily operations & administration of the centre
  • Manage student & parent grievance handling
  • Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
  • Coordinating with academic head regarding academic planning
  • Maintain discipline, cleanliness, safety & smooth functioning
  • Manage MIS reports & coordination with HO
  • Conduct PTMs, seminars, workshops & events

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Graduate / Post-Graduate (MBA preferred)
  • 2–4 years of experience in Education / Operations / Service Sector
  • Strong command & proficiency in English — written & spoken
  • Excellent communication & team-management skills
  • Problem-solving mindset & strong decision-making ability
  • Ability to multitask and meet targets within timelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
