Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end UX design for assigned product flows: research, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and handoff to engineering.
  • Plan and execute user research and usability tests; synthesise findings into clear design recommendations and prioritised improvements.
  • Create high-fidelity UI prototypes and interaction specs that demonstrate user journeys, edge-cases, and micro-interactions.
  • Define and maintain components in a shared design system to ensure visual consistency and reduce implementation time.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and QA to iterate rapidly in Agile sprints and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Advocate for accessibility, performance, and data-informed design decisions; track UX metrics and iterate on KPI improvements.

Additional Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on UX/Product design experience (ideal for mid-level roles; adjust as needed for senior openings).
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating user-centred design, interaction flows, and measurable impact on product metrics.
  • Ability to work on-site in India and collaborate in Agile delivery cycles.
