Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and creative UX Designer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in user experience design and research. The ideal candidate will be responsible for uncovering user needs, creating intuitive and engaging user flows, and delivering high-quality prototypes that align with business and product goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design seamless digital experiences and contribute to the evolution of our design systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct UX research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to identify user needs, pain points, and design opportunities.
  • Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma.
  • Build interactive prototypes for user testing, stakeholder presentations, and smooth developer handoffs.
  • Leverage AI-driven design tools such as UX Pilot to improve ideation, layout generation, and overall design efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and researchers to align design strategies with business objectives.
  • Participate in R&D activities — exploring emerging tools, interaction models, and design trends to enhance user experiences.
  • Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and accessibility across products.
  • Document design decisions, maintain UX documentation, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of UX processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or Interaction Designer.
  • Proficiency in Figma, UX Pilot, and other AI-assisted or collaborative design tools.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design outcomes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
