We are looking for skilled and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with global clients, enhance your communication skills, and build a rewarding career in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with international customers.
- Deliver clear, professional, and empathetic communication while resolving queries.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through active listening and problem-solving.
- Update and maintain CRM systems and call logs with accuracy.
- Consistently meet process KPIs and performance targets.
Requirements
- 6 months 4 years of experience in International Voice Process / Customer Support / BPO.
- English proficiency: C1 level (excellent spoken and written communication).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
- Comfortable working in night shifts and graveyard shifts.
- Educational Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate accepted.
- Freshers will not be considered for this role.
