Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain products/services.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve queries professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM/Excel database.
  • Follow communication scripts and adhere to company guidelines during calls.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets and conversion goals.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.
  • Good communication skills (Hindi/English/regional language as per need).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Prior telecalling / customer service / BPO experience preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹26,257.35 per month
