About CIRCL
CIRCL is a youth-led mental health collective building an ecosystem of resources, peer connection, and accessible mental health education. We're working to make mental health conversations real, relatable, and rooted in community care.

The Role
We're looking for a Social Media Lead to define how CIRCL shows up online. You'll craft our narrative, experiment with content formats, and drive engagement that translates awareness into community impact. This role is for someone who blends creativity with strategy, and believes digital spaces can genuinely make a difference.

You will not have to shoot, design or manage a page but rather focus on the strategy and overall direction

What You'll Do

  • Lead CIRCL's content and platform strategy (Instagram, LinkedIn, and others)
  • Plan and publish thoughtful, creative posts that align with ongoing programs and campaigns
  • Collaborate with the PR and Outreach Leads to design awareness and educational series
  • Track analytics, trends, and audience insights to refine direction
  • Mentor or coordinate with future content volunteers as the team expands

Commitment
