Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Leadership:

  2. Lead a team of full stack developers in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions.

  3. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  5. Full Stack Development:

  6. Hands-on development using a variety of technologies, including jQuery, Angular, React/React Native (Mandatory), , , and .NET/C# (Mandatory)

  7. Design and implement scalable and maintainable code.

  8. Ensure the integration of front-end and back-end components for seamless functionality.

  9. Project Management:

  10. Oversee project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and projects are delivered on time.

  11. Work closely with project managers to define project scope and requirements.

  12. Code Review and Quality Assurance:

  13. Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices.

  14. Implement and enforce coding standards and development processes.

  15. Communication:

  16. Prioritize effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.

  17. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure understanding and alignment of project goals.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  2. 10-15 years of relevant professional and hands-on software development experience.
  3. Proven experience in full stack development with expertise in jQuery, Angular,
    React/React Native (Mandatory),
    , , and .
    NET/C# (Mandatory).
  4. Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles. i.e 2 Tier/3 Tier and various system architecture and design principles.
  5. Proven experience in database technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, or MongoDB and No SQL technologies
  6. Hands-on experience in CI/CD pipeline and various deployment tools like GitHub, Maven, Jenkins…etc
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Experience in leading and mentoring development teams.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

  1. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure (Preferred), or Google Cloud.
  2. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
