Job Title: Java Full Stack Lead (Spring Boot & Angular)

Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced Java Full stack Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of robust web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java Spring Boot for backend development and Angular for frontend development, along with leadership experience in guiding development teams.Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead the end-to-end development of web applications using Java Spring Boot and Angular.

● Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to define and implement solutions.

● Architect scalable and maintainable backend services and APIs.

● Ensure code quality, security, and performance through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.

● Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers in the team.

● Drive Agile development practices, participate in sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of features.

● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.

● Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing processes. Implement NG components, optimize performance, and adopt best practices for scalability.

● Work on Server-Side Rendering (SSR) for Angular to improve application performance and SEO.

● Good knowledge with implementing and understanding the JUnit test cases.

● Strong knowledge with Memory management, Threads and Schedulers.

● Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

● Work with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL - Add on) and write optimized queries.

● Collaborate with front-end developers, QA, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

● Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

● Follow best practices for code quality, testing, and CI/CD.

Technical Skills Required:

● Strong hands-on experience in Java (8/11/17).

● Expertise in Spring Framework & Spring Boot.

● Experience with RESTful API development.

● Knowledge of Microservices architecture.

● Expertise in logging and Debugging.

● Experience in working with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

● Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) – added advantage.

● Expertise in Angular 9+, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.

● Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and cloud deployments.

● Solid understanding of database design and experience with SQL / NoSQL databases.

● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and build tools (Maven, Gradle).

● Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

● Prior experience leading a development team or mentoring developers

● Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.
