Role Summary

We're seeking an Executive Manager based in Delhi to work on-site and lead the setup and operations of our new business. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in startup environments, is tech-savvy, and excels at organization and leadership. You'll be responsible for managing all computer-based tasks, documentation, and strategic setup activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Formation & Setup
  • Lead the initial organization of the company including systems, processes, and documentation.
  • Handle all digital and administrative tasks required to get the business off the ground.
  • AI Chat & Tech Integration
  • Use AI chat tools to streamline communication, automate tasks, and support business operations.
  • Identify and implement tech solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Documentation & Workflow Management
  • Create and maintain business documents, templates, and operational guides.
  • Ensure all digital assets are organized and accessible.
  • Strategic Support
  • Collaborate with the founder to shape business strategy and operational priorities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and internal data.
  • Leadership & Communication
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, especially HR, to build internal structure.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders and potential hires.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years in business operations, technical support, or startup environments.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with AI chat tools, productivity software, and digital organization platforms.
  • Business Knowledge: Basic understanding of business formation, strategy, and operations.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Language: Fluent in English.
