Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager based in Naidupeta. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The role involves monitoring financial management, maintaining branch records, and developing strategies to improve branch performance.

  • Leadership and Management skills
  • Strong Financial Management and Analytical skills
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Sales and Marketing skills
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms
  • Experience in the HL/LAP product is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Candidates must be male residents of Naidupet within a 30km radius and have team management experience (4 to 5 years) in HL/LAP products yo qualify for this job role.
