As a Product Manager you'll help shape and grow our product portfolio, spanning internally developed and third-party propositions ensuring we consistently deliver best-in-class solutions to our diverse customer base.

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
Key responsibilities:
  • Author and manage user stories that reflect customer needs
  • Contribute to product strategy and steer product development priorities
  • Plan and execute product launches and updates
  • Own the product backlog and participate in sprint planning
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Team to ensure product viability
  • Work with Marketing on collateral, campaigns, and website content
  • Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback and insights
  • Ensure operational readiness for product rollouts
  • Deliver knowledge transfer materials for internal teams
  • Support internal teams with product queries and champion customer experience
  • Track KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
