Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, QA Manual Tester
In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing and delivering high quality deliverables, and should be willing to learn new technologies. 

Responsibilities 

•    Database testing using SQL preferably using SQL Server Management Studio for MSSQL server

•    An attitude to debug issues and provide solutions to the issues raised while testing and having a "Can do" attitude with an eye for Quality

•    Mindset to be always tuned to collaboration across scrum teams and cross functional teams

•    Aware of latest trending best practices, tools, techniques, tips, and tricks in automation testing

•    Creation and execution of automation testing strategies and framework

•    Automation initiatives to reduce functional defects and uncover performance problems early, well before code is released into production

Qualifications we seek in you 
Minimum Qualifications 

•    BE/B Tech/MCA 

•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

•    Demonstrable experience in Core Java (1.8 or higher) and Selenium ,Cypress

•    Strong experience of developing automation framework from scratch 

•    Worked on Manual and automation testing 

•    Proven experience in a leadership role within a QA team, with a track record of successfully guiding teams to deliver high-quality software products.

•    Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to design comprehensive test strategies that align with project goals and requirements.

•    Proficiency in planning and executing various types of testing, including functional testing, regression testing, and performance testing. Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is highly desirable. 

•    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. Experience using reporting tools and dashboards to convey testing metrics is preferred. 

•    In-depth knowledge of integration testing methodologies and practices, with hands-on experience in verifying the interoperability of system components in complex software environments. 

•    Experience of using Git/Bitbucket, Maven, & related tools. 

•    Exposure to Continuous integration tool using DevOps. 

•    Good Understanding of Agile Delivery Methodology & experience in working with Scrum teams.
