We are hiring an Area Sales Manager for North India under our authorised distributor, Rohanika Medical.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Manager based in New Delhi, with the flexibility to work remotely. The Area Sales Manager will develop and execute effective sales strategies, maintain relationships with existing clients, and identify growth opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, achieving sales targets, and representing the company's medical product portfolio to customers. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Medical equipment/consumables sales is compulsory.

  • Knowledge of pulmonology and urology departments and client relationship management skills is essential.

Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and preparing detailed sales reports is highly desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are crucial. Knowledge of medical equipment and the healthcare industry is a significant advantage. The ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team is important. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) is required. The willingness to travel as needed within the designated region is also important. Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the medical or healthcare sector, is a plus.**
