Role & responsibilities

We invite applications from well-experienced, highly competent, and professionally qualified individuals for the position of Senior Sales Executive, based out of New Delhi, to lead and drive sales for our luxury boutique resort in Rishikesh and premium nature retreat in Kanatal, in addition to targets based sales of adventure holidays and experiential learning packages primarily to corporate houses and schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Regular cold calls and visits to corporate houses and schools primarily in Delhi NCR.
  • Actively identify and pursue new B2B and B2C business opportunities, including travel agents, corporates, premier schools, wellness groups, destination wedding organisers and event planners.
  • Manage relationships with travel trade partners, online travel agencies (OTAs), and corporate clients.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities and roadshows across relevant domestic and international markets.
  • Work closely with the reservations, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment with brand and service standards.
  • Provide periodic sales reports, market intelligence, and performance analytics to senior management.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 2 to 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the luxury hospitality or travel segment (room sales).
  • Strong network and proven track record of target-based sales achievements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Impeccable command over written and spoken English language.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Rishikesh, Kanatal, and other relevant locations.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (preferred) in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
  • Good English schools background
