  • Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for timely material requirements.
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Maintain vendor database and build strong supplier relationships.
  • Ensure proper documentation of purchase activities and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and follow up for pending deliveries.
  • Assist in vendor evaluation and performance review.

Preferred Background

  • Candidates with prior experience in construction, infrastructure, or engineering procurement will be preferred.
