Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced Senior IAM Architect to join our Identity and Access Management team At McAfee, we are modernizing and securing our identity infrastructure by migrating to industry leading platforms and implementing IAM standards and best practices. As a Senior IAM Architect you will be responsible for the on-going build out of our identity and access management strategies for workforce and non-human identities. This includes Identity Governance, Access Management, and Secrets Management.

This is a Hybrid position based in Bangalore. You must be within a commutable distance from the location. You will be required to be onsite on an as-needed basis; when not working onsite, you will work remotely from your home location.

Role:

  • This role will play a major part in driving the growth of McAfee's IAM program, implementing a world-class security program, and driving success at McAfee.

  • You will be expected to operate as a senior team member with the ability to drive projects independently while mentoring more junior teammates.

  • you will develop and implement McAfee's strategy for Agentic AI IAM controls as well as implement Identity Governance controls such as Single Sign-On, Provisioning, Access Requests, and Access Certifications with Okta along with Secrets Management policy creation and adoption across McAfee.

  • Implement Identity Governance controls such as Single Sign-On, Provisioning, Access Requests, and Access Certifications with Okta.

  • Vulnerability remediation and cost optimization across McAfee infrastructure in AWS and GCP.

About You

  • You should have 14 to 18years of experience in technical background with extensive experience administering Okta; Consultant certification preferred.

  • Should have experience in building Okta Workflows, leveraging the Okta API, Delegated Authentication to Active Directory.

  • Should have knowledge of Privileged Access Management and implementation of a secrets management framework; Delinea Secret Server Cloud experience preferred.

  • You should have an understanding of secrets lifecycle management with an emphasis on programmatic creation and retrieval of secrets; Experience with AWS Secrets Manager and GCP Secrets Manager preferred.

  • Should have an exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills – be able to see around corner and ability to work independently and with a sense of ownership.
