We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Zundal, Chandkheda. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, experience with Tally software, and a willingness to learn and grow in the field of accounting and taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, voucher preparation, and ledger maintenance.
  • Support the senior accountant in preparing and maintaining financial records.
  • Help in filing GST returns and ensuring compliance with basic GST requirements under supervision.
  • Assist in bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
  • Manage and update accounts payable and receivable records.
  • Maintain and track inventory records using Tally.
  • Support payroll processing and preparation of employee salary statements.
  • Help in preparing financial reports and summaries for internal use.
  • Assist during internal audits and in documentation for statutory compliance.
  • Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by seniors or management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting (internship or junior-level role preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime.
  • Understanding of GST and basic taxation principles is a plus.
  • Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new accounting practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
