Job Description:
TITLE: EXECUTIVE-FRONT DESK
POSITION SUMMARY: As a front desk executive, you will be the first point of contact for the company, and you will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
• Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
• Deal with queries from the public and customers
• Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization (maintain logbooks)
• Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
• Provide general administrative and clerical support

• Prepare correspondence and documents.
• Receive and sort mail/deliveries /couriers.
• Schedule appointments
• Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically.
• Organize conference and meeting room bookings.
• Monitor and maintain office equipment.
• Control inventory relevant to reception area
• Tidy and maintain the reception area.
• Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc. related to the job.
