Location: Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi

Salary: ₹50,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Experience Required: Minimum 10 years

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and disciplined Estate Manager to oversee the operations, maintenance, and administration of our commercial building at Bhikaji Cama Place. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and coordination skills, with the ability to manage day-to-day building activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day operations and upkeep of the building premises.
  • Handle facility management, including housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.
  • Liaise with government departments, local authorities, and utility service providers.
  • Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers for building maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and safety requirements.
  • Maintain records of expenses, maintenance schedules, and vendor contracts.
  • Oversee repair works, preventive maintenance, and AMC renewals.
  • Report to management with regular updates on operations and maintenance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in estate/facility/building administration.
  • Defence background preferred (Retired JCO/NCO or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of building management systems and statutory compliances.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proactive, reliable, and disciplined work approach.
