Job description

Our company is looking for an organized and self-motivated office administrator who will be

responsible for providing administrative support to our office personnel. The office

administrator's role will include working closely with our leadership team by handling clerical

duties, coordinating calendars, and tender submission.

In order to be successful in this position you should be detail-oriented, professional and have

excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

 Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and

preparing documents, including office correspondence, and tender work.

 Licence & registration application and renewals on time.

 Preparing Bank guarantee & renewals on time.

 Administering the tender process, ensuring that pre-qualifying documents are

completed, pricing approved and tender documentation submitted on time.

 Collating, filing and distributing tender and contract documentation to the relevant

stakeholders and ensuring adherence to internal controls.

 Providing regular and adhoc reporting as required.

 Ensuring that all applicable databases are updated appropriately and the information

input is accurate.

 Preparing for and participate in periodic reviews with Management on tender and

contract performance.

 Maintaining general office files, including job files, tender files, and other files related

to the company's operations.

 Performing other relevant duties when needed.

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

 Good Communication

 Good typing Speed with accuracy

 Knowledge of working in MS-Office

 Flexible thinking and ability to adapt to change

 Ability to work under pressure

 The ability to work effectively on her own and as part of a team

Experience: 3-5 years minimum

Timing: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM

Job Location: Neptune Edge, Vikram Sarabhai Compound, Vadodara, Gujarat, India

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
