We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth, build client relationships, and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:~Identify and generate new business opportunities in app and web development markets.~Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, networking, referrals, and partnerships.~Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to propose tailored solutions.~Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.~Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.~Build and nurture long-term client relationships to maximize customer lifetime value.~Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to refine business strategies.~Work closely with the marketing and product teams to support growth initiatives.Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for corporate and travel clients.
  • Handelling Sales Team
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to hotel revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and PR teams for promotional activities.
  • Maintain regular reports on sales performance and client feedback.
  • Stay updated on hospitality industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • 4–5 yrs of business development in software services / IT consulting.
  • Fluent spoken & written English.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, cold outreach, and email marketing tools.
  • Based in Kolkata / West Bengal.
  • Applications without relevant software/IT sales experience will not be considered.
