The Tele-calling Executive will handle outbound and inbound calls related to publishing activities, reader communication, author coordination, and institutional follow-ups. This role is informational and relationship-oriented, ensuring clear, respectful, and accurate communication on behalf of the publishing house. Women candidates are preferred for this role. Applicants should be already be based in Kottayam. The office is situated at Varissery, Chungam, Kottayam.

The position includes a 3-month paid training (internship) period, during which comprehensive training will be provided.

Minimum qualification: Any Bachelor's degree.

Communication & Follow-ups

  • Make and receive calls related to:
  • Book orders and delivery confirmations
  • Reader enquiries and feedback
  • Author, translator, and contributor coordination

Information Handling

  • Answer basic queries related to:
  • Publishing schedules
  • Events, launches, or book fairs

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹6, ₹8,000.00 per month
