Responsibilities

You will:

  • Take full ownership of your shift, managing safety, productivity, quality, equipment, systems, and manpower allocation.

  • Ensure daily production targets are achieved in alignment with the manufacturing plan.

  • Report shift performance and updates to the Auditor/Area Specialist.

  • Uphold high standards of housekeeping and shop floor discipline.

  • Participate in scrap review meetings with Specialists, Auditors, and team members.

  • Conduct Layered Process Audits to ensure adherence to operational standards.

  • Ensure all daily activities are environmentally responsible and compliant.

  • Control environmental spillage, minimize waste, and promote recycling and reuse practices.

  • Prevent leakages, solid waste generation, noise, odor, fumes, and excessive water consumption to protect resources and reduce pollution.

  • Follow Operational Control Procedures (OCPs) and spillage control protocols on the shop floor.

  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all work areas.

Qualifications

You bring:

  • A diploma or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.

  • 5+ years of experience in shift supervision or shop floor operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong understanding of production systems, safety protocols, and quality standards.

  • Familiarity with environmental compliance and sustainability practices.

  • Knowledge of audit procedures and continuous improvement methodologies.
