  • After Probation: ₹4.5 LPA to ₹8 LPA (Performance-Based Incentives Included)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities
  • Promote and sell Rx MedoCard services to individuals and organizations
  • Conduct market research to identify leads and industry trends
  • Present company products and benefits clearly to potential clients
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients for renewals and upselling
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams
  • Maintain accurate lead and client records using CRM tools

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, MBA preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply

Probation & Compensation Details:

  • Probation Period: 3 Months
  • During Probation:
  • Freshers: ₹15,000 per month
  • Experienced Candidates: Salary will be matched as per last in-hand salary
  • Post-Probation Salary: ₹4.5 LPA to ₹8 LPA CTC (based on performance)
