We are looking for a Senior BusinessAnalyst to join our fast -paced digital and product development team. In thisrole, you will drive business solutions from ideation through execution,working closely with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, UX, andOperations. Experience in the e -commerce domain is highly preferred.You will be responsible for translatingbusiness objectives into clear requirements, identifying process improvements,and delivering insights that shape our platform's roadmap and enhance thecustomer experience. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering & Documentation • Work with cross -functional teams to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements. • Write clear and testable user stories with acceptance criteria for agile delivery teams. • Create BRDs, FRDs, data/process flow diagrams, and use case documentation.  Stakeholder Collaboration • Act as a liaison between business units, product owners, developers, and QA teams. • Facilitate requirement workshops, refinement sessions, and sprint planning meetings. • Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicting priorities.  Agile Project Execution • Own backlog grooming and prioritization for assigned product areas. • Ensure stories are sprint -ready and aligned to the release plan. • Participate in daily stand -ups, retrospectives, and demos.  Data Analysis & Problem Solving • Use data -driven insights to influence feature enhancements and resolve pain points. • Partner with analytics teams to define KPIs and reporting needs. • Propose solutions for improving customer experience, order fulfilment, and operational efficiency.  E -commerce Focus (Preferred) • Understanding of end -to -end e -commerce processes: Catalog, search, cart, checkout, shipping, returns, promotions. • Familiarity with digital metrics like conversion rate, cart abandonment, and AOV. • Experience with order management, warehouse fulfilment, or shipping logic is a plus. Continuous Improvement & Leadership • Mentor junior BAs or cross -functional partners. • Lead initiatives for process improvement and documentation standardization. • Contribute to retrospectives and continuous feedback loops to improve team output. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst, preferably in a digital or e -commerce environment. • Strong experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintaining backlogs. • Hands -on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and wireframing tools (Balsamiq, Figma, etc.). • Proficient in data analysis (basic SQL or Excel). • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong problem -solving and critical -thinking capabilities. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology. Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience in e -commerce, retail, logistics, or digital marketplaces. • Experience working with APIs, product data models, or order management systems. • Agile certification (e.g., CSM, PMI -ACP) is a plus.
