Job Role - Sales & Business Development

Product - HVAC

Experience: 4–10 years (preferably in HVAC project sales)

Industry: HVAC / MEP / Construction / Building Services

Qualification - Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Marketing, or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and pursue new project-based business opportunities in HVAC systems.

 Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and client referrals.

 Meet with consultants, architects, PMC, contractors, and end clients to promote HVAC solutions.

 Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals tailored to client/project

requirements.

 Negotiate terms and close deals in alignment with company policies and profitability targets.

 Collaborate with the design, estimation, and execution teams to ensure seamless project handover.

 Maintain strong relationships with key accounts for repeat and referral business.

 Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

 Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Preferred Skills:

 Existing connections with builders, developers, architects, and consultants.

 Knowledge of tendering and government project bidding (if applicable).

 Ability to interpret HVAC drawings and technical documents.
