Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a high-rise residential building. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in facility or property management, with strong knowledge of building systems, vendor coordination, and resident service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise building maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire safety systems
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for routine inspections and repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and building policies
- Address resident concerns and ensure a high level of service and satisfaction
- Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and vendor contracts
- Assist in budget planning and cost control for building operations
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of facility or property management experience (preferably in residential high-rises)
- Good understanding of building systems and maintenance procedures
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to emergencies effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
