Position: Operational Manager Travel Process (Meta PPC Expert)

Location: Delhi

Salary: Up to 15 Lakh per annum

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Operational Manager to lead our travel process operations, with strong expertise in Meta and PPC campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing travel sales teams, optimizing performance, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the travel sales process.

Manage and optimize Meta and PPC campaigns for maximum ROI.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve sales and performance targets.

Monitor KPIs, analyze reports, and implement strategic improvements.

Coordinate with marketing and sales departments for smooth process flow.

Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the travel industry.

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and PPC campaigns.

Proven Leadership Skills With Team Management Experience.
