Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Collections located in Giridih. The Head of Collections will be responsible for managing the debt collection process, overseeing collections management, and developing strategies to improve collection efficiency. Daily tasks include managing and guiding the collections team, analyzing financial data and collection metrics, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to enhance overall financial performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience and expertise in Debt Collection and Collections Management
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
  • Proven skills in Team Management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Giridih
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
