Your Role as a Cradlewell Nurse
As a Registered Nurse with Cradlewell, you become a guiding light for new mothers and their little ones. You'll offer not only medical care, but emotional strength, assurance, and wisdom—making the fourth trimester smoother, safer, and more supported for every family you touch.

What You'll Do

  • Provide gentle, hands-on care to mothers recovering from childbirth and to their newborns—right at home.
  • Monitor vital signs, support wound healing (C-section or episiotomy), and assist in baby hygiene and daily routines.
  • Guide mothers through breastfeeding, baby massage, sleep support, and more.
  • Watch for early signs of complications like jaundice, infection, or postpartum depression, and escalate as needed.
  • Keep detailed care notes and service logs to ensure seamless care continuity.
  • Offer reassurance, encouragement, and education to new moms adjusting to their new roles.
  • Follow Cradlewell's high standards of clinical care, hygiene, and safety.
  • Stay in sync with our operations team for schedules, feedback, and family needs.

What You Bring

  • ANM/GNM/BSc Nursing degree with valid registration from your State Nursing Council.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in maternity wards, NICUs, paediatrics, or home care (preferred).
  • Familiarity with postpartum recovery, newborn feeding, growth milestones, and hygiene protocols.
  • A warm, empathetic personality and the ability to build trust with families quickly.
  • Comfort with home visits and rotational shifts.
  • Strong observation, documentation, and infection control skills.
