Role: Associate Brand Manager -Soap Category

Roles & responsibilities:

Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Brand Manager Activation to join our Marketing team. The role involves driving brand activations, ATL media strategy, and portfolio growth under the soap brand. The incumbent will play a key role in achieving topline and bottom-line targets while ensuring ROI driven execution. Key Responsibilities
• Build and scale multiple categories under the soap brand.
• Deliver topline and bottom-line targets in line with ABP commitments.
• Strategize ATL media plans in collaboration with media agencies.
• Develop robust SKU strategies to drive portfolio growth.
• Manage budgets with a strong ROI-focused approach.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive consumer activations and engagement programs in the market.

Job Requirements Education:


• MBA from a Tier-2 institute.

Experience:
• 34 years of experience in brand management/marketing.
• Exposure to highly penetrated FMCG categories (preferably soaps).
• Experience in managing budgets of 15 Cr+ is preferred.
• Sales background is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Working knowledge of Nielsen and IMRB will be an added preference.

• Budget management with ROI focus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
