Job Purpose:
To ensure the company's compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, manage corporate governance, and support legal and financial documentation processes in alignment with business objectives.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
· Ensure timely compliance with MCA, ROC, and FEMA regulations
· Draft and maintain Board Resolutions, Minutes, Agreements, and other legal documents
· Assist in equity and debt documentation, corporate filings, and Board meeting coordination
· Ensure adherence to the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws
· Liaise with regulatory authorities and legal consultants
· Support management in legal risk mitigation and corporate governance initiatives
· Maintain statutory registers and records
· Coordinate with internal departments for legal and compliance matters.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
· Timely and error-free statutory filings and compliance
· Quality and accuracy of legal documentation
· Effective coordination of Board and Committee meetings
· Reduction in legal and compliance risks
· Stakeholder satisfaction (internal and external).
Qualifications
· Education: Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB)
Certifications/ Trainings
· Certification in Corporate Governance or FEMA (preferred)
· Training in Legal Drafting or Compliance Management (desirable).
Experience:

Experience:
2–3 years of post-qualification experience in a corporate or manufacturing setup.

Experience in renewable energy or infrastructure sector.

This role is based at our manufacturing facility located near Rajkot.

Work Schedule:
Standard working hours with occasional requirements for extended hours based on operational needs.

Travel Requirements:
Minimal travel is expected. However, occasional visits to vendors, training centers, regulatory bodies, or other company locations may be required to support compliance, governance, and stakeholder engagement activities.
