Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce FSL Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce development and a strong understanding of FSL architecture, mobile capabilities, and integration strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable solutions using Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
  • Customize and enhance the FSL mobile app, including offline capabilities.
  • Develop components using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Implement and maintain FSL data models, service territories, work rules, and scheduling policies.
  • Ensure high performance and usability of FSL solutions across devices.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FSL and Salesforce platform.
  • Maintain documentation and provide technical guidance to junior developers.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Field Service Lightning.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce configuration.
  • Deep understanding of FSL architecture, data model, and scheduling engine.
  • Experience with FSL mobile app customization and offline features.
  • Strong knowledge of API integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Solid grasp of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications such as:

  • Platform Developer I/II

  • Field Service Lightning Consultant

  • Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools.

  • Exposure to Service Cloud and Experience Cloud is a plus.
