Natural Life Style is a Public Charitable Trust (Regd.) working in Health Sector. We educate the people about a natural style of living or science of Naturopathy following which any one can live a healthy life without taking any type of medicines (Allopathic, Ayurvedic, Homeopathic).

The organisation has already benefited millions of people in India and abroad and has been working in this field for the last 150 years.

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our organisation at Saraswati Vihar Delhi to discuss and resolve the queries of our followers and to communicate about the works and products of our organisation to the public.

Responsibilities :

· Excellent communication skills both in Hindi and English.

· Good skills both in Hindi and English. Should be able to and should be able to talk and write both in Hindi and English.

· To discuss and resolve the queries of the general public and our followers and to communicate them about the works and products of our organisation.

.Attend And Make Calls – To Make Sure That All Sales Executive Is Attending Calls As Well As Making Calls In Their Respective Areas.

.Basic knowledge of handling computer to operate the systems like MS word, Excel, Power Point and other basic computer operations will be treated as an additional skill although not mandatory.

· Should be able to search WWW sites and find relevant information from the internet as needed by the organisation.

Requirements :

Salary Level – 15k

· Graduate.

· Must be living within such a distance so as to reach office within maximum 45 minutes
