Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Guest Handling
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and queries, directing them to the right department.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
Administrative Support
- Manage appointment scheduling, meeting coordination, and office records.
- Maintain visitor logs and employee attendance records.
- Assist in handling courier services, office supplies, and facility management.
Customer Service & Communication
- Provide information to clients and visitors regarding company services and policies.
- Respond to inquiries and ensure a positive experience for guests.
- Coordinate with different departments for seamless office operations.
Basic HR & Office Coordination
- Assist in employee onboarding and office event coordination.
- Support in managing travel arrangements and meeting room bookings.
- Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
