Compensation: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month (based on experience) + growth-linked bonuses
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the Founder who will act as a Human Firewall — protecting time, ensuring precision, and maintaining seamless execution across all business functions. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and communicates with clarity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Founder's Office Management
Manage and optimize the Founder's daily calendar and priorities.
Summarize meetings, track follow-ups, and ensure timely completion of action items.
Prepare daily reports and maintain action trackers using ClickUp or Google Sheets.
Coordinate internal communication and cross-department updates for the Founder.
Hiring & Recruitment
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
Automate candidate screening using tools like Zapier, Notion, and Google Sheets.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and maintain performance records.
Build and manage a database of potential freelancers and interns.
Operations & Accountability
Track team deliverables using ClickUp or Syncupp and prepare daily performance reports.
Maintain accurate records, trackers, and follow-up logs.
Develop and implement SOPs for hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
Ensure timely updates on all tasks and reports to the Founder.
Culture & People Operations
Maintain a positive and disciplined work culture.
Plan and execute engagement activities, team recognitions, and weekly reviews.
Support basic HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and documentation.

ClickUp / Syncupp, Google Sheets, Notion, Zapier, Slack or Google Chat, Canva (basic), ChatGPT
