Role Overview: We are hiring passionate and target-oriented Inside Sales Professionals who can understand a customer's trading interest and guide them to the right course. You will handle warm inbound leads and follow-up with interested prospects—no cold calling. Your job is to explain the course structure, clear doubts, and ensure enrolment.

Key Responsibilities:


• Speak to incoming leads generated via YouTube, webinars, and website


• Understand prospects' interest in stock trading/investment.


• Clearly explain course benefits (e.g., timing-based entry/exit, GCD scanner).


• Convert leads into paid enrolments via persuasive conversations.


• Maintain lead and follow-up status on CRM.


• Coordinate with the sales manager and team to meet monthly targets.


• Share updates or objections for continuous pitch improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Experience: 2–8 years in Inside Sales / EduSales / Telecalling / Trading Institute Sales.


• Communication: Clear spoken Hindi & decent English; confident voice tone.


• Industry Bonus: Experience selling stock market/finance courses is a strong plus.


• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate / PG in any discipline.


• Traits: Goal-driven, disciplined, fast learner, and performance-focused.

Work Conditions:


• Type: Full-time (On-site only)


• Working Days: 6 days a week (1 weekly off)
