As an Officer-Packing at Bunge, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of packing equipment and operations with a focus on quality and food safety. Your responsibilities include: - Operating and maintaining packing equipment efficiently. - Recording and monitoring equipment parameters during shifts. - Operating the refinery and packing process according to standards. - Adhering to safety, food safety standards, and HACCP standards. - Conducting pre-shift risk assessments and toolbox talks with the team. - Ensuring proper utilization of manpower and sustaining 5S and housekeeping in the ammonia plant. - Conducting online quality checks of cold room parameters. - Performing regular machine health check-ups and following maintenance schedules. - Minimizing wastage and damage related to oil and packing materials. - Maintaining shift records, logbooks, and facilitating proper handovers. In terms of knowledge and skills, you are expected to: - Use knowledge of Bunge's business, structure, and strategy to develop innovative solutions. - Build partnerships, influence appropriately, foster talent, and coach others. - Drive results through high standards, focusing on key priorities and preparing for change. - Possess sound knowledge of blending machines, PM, troubleshooting, DCS/SCADA operations, and GMP. The qualifications and experience required for this role are: - ITI/Diploma qualification years of relevant experience in a similar role.
