Quality: Maintaining consistent product quality and metallization by monitoring key process parameters and ensuring adherence to quality control standards

Cost Control: Controlling production costs by optimizing consumption of raw materials, coal, and energy; ensuring cost-effective operation of the kiln and associated units

Maintenance: Coordinating with maintenance and electrical teams to ensure smooth operation of plant equipment, and that preventive, breakdown, and shutdown maintenance activities are properly executed

Safety: Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and procedures; conducting safety checks and promoting a strong safety culture among shift personnel

Process Control: Monitoring kiln, cooler, and process parameters; troubleshooting operational problems and taking timely corrective actions to maintain process stability and efficiency

Manpower Management: Supervising and guiding shift operators, field operators, and helpers; ensuring effective utilization of manpower and maintaining discipline within the team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24, ₹30,000.00 per month
