**Position:

- Field Sales Executive - Motor Insurance**

**Location:

- Purliya, Kolkata**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the motor insurance segment.
- Visit potential clients (individuals and businesses) to explain insurance products and services.
- Promote and sell motor insurance policies based on customer needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage renewals and referrals.
- Conduct vehicle inspections, assist in documentation, and ensure accurate policy issuance.
- Follow up on leads provided and maintain daily reporting of sales activities.
- Collaborate with the internal underwriting and claims teams to resolve client concerns.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch growth.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in motor/general insurance.
- Strong knowledge of motor insurance products, underwriting, and claim processes.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be comfortable with field work and local area travel.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Basic understanding of documentation and compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: Insurance or Business background).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Insurance sales: 1 year (preferred)
